Family cases generally start where you or your children ordinarily live. For every community on this page, that is the Newmarket Courthouse, 50 Eagle Street West.

The courthouse houses the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, and has a Family Law Information Centre on site. Most matters resolve without a trial; Tanya prepares each one as if it might not.
